Rules & Regulations

General Rules – Check out time is 12:00 noon and all rent is to be paid in advance.  This park is intended for temporary stay only.

1. Quiet Time is from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
2. The speed limit on the grounds is 5 miles per hour.  Motorcycles, motor scooters, or any type ATV or light vehicle are not to be operated in the park.
3. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
4. Please keep RV space clean. 
5. All RV’s must stay in assigned space. 
6. No recreational use of skate boards, motor bikes/scooters, roller skates or roller blades.
7. All gray water is to be caught in a container and disposed of in a sewer dump station.  Please use dump station for dumping holding tanks. All garbage is to be disposed of in provided dumpsters.
8. Clothes lines are not permitted.
9. Any vehicle not authorized on campgrounds will be towed at owner’s expense. 
10. Weapons including firearms, potato guns, slingshots, or bows are not to be brandished or openly displayed in R.V. Park
11. Failure to abide by any of the park/camper court rules is grounds for immediate eviction.
12. City of Augusta reserves the right to limit time of stay.
13. Permanent satellite antennas are not allowed.
14. Please no cut through between spaces in order to grow grass. 
15. Animals are to be kept inside campers unless being walked and must be walked on a leash.
16. All payments are due in advance with NO REFUNDS for early check outs or CANCELLATIONS
17. Park Attendant is Available to meet at the Park Mon - Sat: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm on Sun
18. Camping are open 24/7
19. Children and pets are welcome
20. All units must be self contained with electric service, water, and sewer
21. All units must be in good working order and qualify as an RV
22. No RVs allowed over 15 years of age
23. No tent camping or dry camping
24. No school buses or tiny houses
25. All guests are asked to wear appropriate attire including shirts and shoes when outside at all times
26. Park your RV and any other vehicles as directed during check in
27. Park autos parallel with the main road line in the direction of traffic in grassy area.
28. Do not block access to other sites
29. Call the Park attendant if your access is blocked
30. Use a water pressure regulator attached at the faucet
31. Protect water and sewer lines in the event of freezing temperatures
32. All pets (including cats) must stay on a leash at all times when outdoors
33. When you walk your pet, pick up after them and deposit waste in the dumpster
34. Do not throw trash, waste, garbage or litter on park grounds
35. Keep your RV Site clean all times
36. Do not allow pets to void on the shrubs or flowers
37. Do not leave pets unattended outside your RV
38. Children are the responsibility of their parents
39. Park Speed limit is 5 mph
40. Follow the lane direction markings
